In this topic we will discuss how to manage account books, stocks, GST bill and it’s report for online users.
Online sellers means those sells through e-commerce website such as Myntra, amazon, snap deal etc.
LET US START
Click on sale type in master menu.
Now to create e-commerce sale click on new.
Suppose we sale through flipkart and the customer do not have GST number then fill Flipkart retail in sale type name block. If our business is in Delhi and customer is also from Delhi then we will select local in region otherwise select central. If the customer do not have GST number means he do not get input tax credit then select retail invoice. In case he has GST number then select tax invoice. Now tick sale made via e-commerce operator and fill GSTIN number of your e-commerce operator. Now click on save.
In this way you can create voucher of all e-commerce operator through whom we sell our product.
If the local party has GST number then we will fill B2B local in sale type name. Select local in region. Now select tax invoice as the party has GST number.
Now suppose one of our customer is out of state and he has not GST number then fill flipkart interstate retail. Now select central in region. Now select other in type of central transaction. Fill GSTIN number then click save
If the customer has GST number and he is out of state then select interstate B2B in sale type name. Now select central in region and select tax invoice. Now fill GSTIN number then click on save.Thus in this way you can do master entry. After doing master entry you can do sale entries.
Click on sale in entries menu.
Click on new.
Now select date and term. Click on plus sign to create a new party.
Now fill party name and all details. The party do not have GST number . GST number and he is local. Now click on save.
Now select party and sale type. The software will show the GSTIN number of that e-commerce operator. Now we will click on plus sign to create a new item.
Now fill item name, HSN code, tax slab and company of item. Now select pieces in primary unit. Fill the sale rate per item. Now click on save.
Now select this item. Fill quantity and price of item. The software will automatically calculate the total amount of items. Now press enter.
Thus this item will save in sale entry. Now click on save.
Now we will check sale bill effect on GST report.
Click on GSTR-1 in GST reports in display menu.
Click on B2C small invoices.
Select date range and click OK.
Thus software will display it’s report.
If you click on csv format then it will display in excel.
Thus in this way you can maintain your e-commerce sale in ERP software.
Now we are going to discuss tax invoice sale entry. Click on sale in entries menu.
Click on new.
Select term and click on plus sign adjacent to party block.
Now fill party name in account name block. Select group and fill other details. As the customer is local and he has GST number thus select within state B2B party in party type. Now fill GST number of party and click on save.
Select party and sale type. As the sale is through e-commerce operator thus we will select flipkart B2B local in sale type. Now fill item name, quantity and price. The software will automatically calculate the total amount of all items. Then press enter.
Now click on save. Thus you can define the sale order in this software very easily.
Now we will check this entry effect in GST reports.
Now click on GSTR-1 in GST reports in display menu.
Now click on B2B tax invoices.
Select date range and click OK.
Thus software will display report with GSTIN number. Now close it.
