CHECK IN ENTRY IN HOTEL ERP SOFTWARE

In this topic we will discuss how to do check in entry.








Let us start.


First of all click on check in entries menu. You can also directly click on check in on right hand side shortcuts.


Click on new to do new entry.


In walk in date/time date and time of check in can be filled. If the customer is not new then you can select that customer from the list in reservation. Now press enter. Here you will see full detail of customer.


Fill the title, first name, middle name, last name. Select gender, date of birth and nationality. Click on submit. I If you do not want to fill detailed information then you can fill directy the full name of customer in full name block.


If the customer is employee of a company then you can fill company name. Click on plus sign and fill company name, department of that customer and all details and click on submit.



Now press enter. Now select package which we have created before. In business source select the source through which customer approaches you. As soon as you select package you will see the rent of different room for that particular package.



Click on plus sign in contact no. block. Fill the mobile number and all details of that customer and click on submit.


Now fill street no., city and state of that customer. Now fill the city from where he is coming in coming from block. Now fill email id of customer. If you want to fill detailed email ids then click on plus sign adjacent to email(s) block. Click on plus sign adjacent to documents block. Now fill the type of the document of the customer you have. For eg. We have id card of that customer then fill id card in type and fill all details of that id card. You can browse the image of id card by clicking of browse image and select the image and click on open. In this way you can save picture of id card in this software. Thus the path of that particular id card will be visible in image path. You can fill remarks. Thus after filling all details click on add. If you want to see the attached proof detail then click on view. Now click on continue.



Thus the detail of the documents will be added in documents block. Now fill the days of stay of customer, purpose of visit and the number of members. If you want to add detail of other members then click on plus sign adjacent to purpose of visit block.



Now fill the name of guest, gender, city and other details and click on continue.



Now tick the room booked for customer. As soon as you select room you will see the total rent of the rooms per day. If the customer paying advance rent then fill the advance amount in advance block. In remarks you can fill any note related to that customer. Now click on save and click OK.


If you want to see print of receipt click on yes.



Now here you will see the list with detail of customers had check in. If you want to check the check in entry date wise then select the date and click on tick sign. If you want to view the checkout customer then tick the cleared walk ins. and click on tick sign then you can view the list of check outs. If you want to search a particular customer then you can search him by his name, company and business source and other options then click on tick sign. Thus you can view that particular customer. If you want to see list of check ins. then click on list. For new check in entry click on new. Now click on log out to close it.

Thus in this way you can do check in entry of customer.
