How to do fees receipt entry in institute management software

Today we will discuss how to do student’s fees entry in institute management software.


LET US START




First of all click on quick receipt in entries menu.


Now select payment mode. Select student in account name block. Software will display the total amount to pay. Suppose the student pay you 3000 rupees at a time. Then fill 3000 rupees in total amount box.


It display 4000 RS as installment amount as we defined while creating admission account. In the balance it display 1000 RS as we have to pay. Now click on continue.


If you want to offer a discount to that student then can fill the discount amount. You can make a note in remarks then click on save.


If you want to print this receipt then tick this receipt and click on print.


Click preview to see print preview.


In case you have done any mistake in this receipt entry then you can delete this entry by ticking that entry and click on delete. Now close it.


Now we will check different reports of fees.


Click on outstanding analysis in reports menu.


You can check pending amount by clicking on receivable and then click OK.


Thus it will display the list of student with pending fees. For eg. The fees of Mohit kumar is 8000 RS and he pay us 3000 RS thus software shows the 5000 RS in balance which he have to pay.

If you have bulk SMS pack then you can send SMS to particular student by ticking him and click SMS.


Write the SMS and click on send SMS.


If you want to print this list then click on print. You can also search a particular student by multiple search option and click on search. Now close it.


Now we will check installment collection report in reports menu.


Select the date range and click OK.


Thus software will display the list of student with installments detail. It will show the installment amount, received installment and the balance amount. Now close it. You can check due and undue fees by tick the box for it and then click OK. Thus it will display the due, undue or both. If you tick the clear box then the list of student whose balance is zero(they submitted total fees)will display. You can search a particular student”s fees information by selecting search options below. Now close it.


Now click on Day book in reports menu.


Select date range and click OK.


Thus software will display all transaction detail for that date range. You can search a particular student report. If you want to print this report then click print. Now close it.


Now we will check ledger by clicking on ledger in reports menu.


Now select the student off whom you want to check ledger and select date range. Click OK.


Now it is showing full report of receipt and balance. It will also display the total received and total balance below. Now close it.


Now click on quick receipt report in reports menu.


Select date range and click OK.


Thus it will display the receipt entry for that date range. It will also show the total received amount and discount offered below.


Thus you can do fees deposition entry and report checking in this software very easily.
